What's Going On At Affiliate
Summit? |
By James Martell
No matter what type of
office or industry you work
in, it’s always nice to get
away.
Fortunately, Affiliate
Summit is a great reason for
Arlene and I to take a short
vacation and make new
acquaintances at the same
time. The event takes place
every year on the east and
west coasts, where thousands
of people in the affiliate
field connect to share
opportunities and ideas.

Not
Your Typical "Affiliate" Website
- MacKenzie's Story |
By Arlene Martell
I have something wonderful I
want to share with you.
When I agreed to start the
website about Epilepsy, I
knew I had some great
information to share with
other parents because of our
own experiences, but was
really not sure how the
final site would turn out,
or if I could really make a
difference in families
lives.
It is not your typical
affiliate site for sure, so
I had trouble picturing the
finished product. The idea
was to build a community
site, that would still
generate income which I
wanted to do for Adam.

May Your Travels Lead You to
Seattle |
By James Martell
I'm always happy to have a
reason to travel to Seattle.
It's a beautiful drive to
Washington down the I-5 and
Seattle is a world-class
city full of activities and
sights.
This month, Arlene and I are
heading to a Mariners game,
most likely with Adam and
Victoria. Adam loves to take
in a baseball game and
Victoria is only 13, so she
has no choice but to tag
along. ;)

Amazon Makes It Easy! |
By Arlene Martell
James and I joined the
Amazon affiliate program
years ago and have been
receiving checks ever since.
Lately, I have used
Amazon.com to find some
great products to offer on
EpilepsyMoms.com and
they make real easy for me.
Amazon, based out of Seattle
Washington, launched online
in 1995 as an online
bookstore. Today, it has
expanded it's product line
to include VHS, DVD, music
CDs and MP3s, computer
software, video games,
electronics, apparel,
furniture, food, toys,
beauty care, musical
instruments, lawn and garden
and much more.
