When Computer Crashes Lead to
Business Meltdown |
By James Martell
In many ways, we’re all the
same when it comes to
technology. Most of us spend
too much time on the
computer, rely on it to
perform our dirty work, and
become angered when our
systems don’t respond as
expected.
While computers are great,
one downside to the latest
advancements in technology
is that we have finally
started to take them for
granted.

Making Memories in Victoria B.C. |
By Arlene Martell
I love surprises – and this
trip was packed full of
them! It was a great weekend
away and even though it was
only 3 full days, it seemed
longer and we got so much
sightseeing done.
We arrived at the condo
after a beautiful BC Ferry
ride through the gulf
islands that border the west
coast between Vancouver and
Vancouver Island. The condo
was the top floor
overlooking the Victoria
harbor and it was the first
pleasant surprise.

An
Introduction to WordPress |
By James Martell
You’ve no doubt heard of
WordPress, but do you know
what it is?
WordPress makes it
extremely easy to add pages

version, track information
and monetize.
According to the

By James Martell

rolling in every Spring, and
this year was no different.
Right around this time, I
start receiving messages
from affiliate marketers
asking “why are my affiliate
revenues down?”, or my
personal favorite, “I don’t
think Google AdSense is
paying as much - I think
they’ve reduced my
commissions.”
Believe it or not, these
questions are just normal
responses to the market.

You Just Finished Your First
Podcast… Now What? |
By James Martell
As I've mentioned before,
podcasts are a great way for
business owners to market
their business to a targeted
audience.
If you haven't had the
pleasure, a podcast is a
digital audio or video file
that is issued to
subscribers automatically.
Still confused?
Let's use Arlene's
EpilepsyMoms.com podcast as
an example. In this case,
Arlene records information,
a speech, or a story, to be
sent to the individuals on
her list. Because they had
to subscribe to her
podcasts, Arlene knows that
each person is interested in
what she has to say before
she says it.
