Down The Summer And Ramping Up For The Fall Production! By Arlene Martell I love the lazy days of summer, but there is no question, things do slow down and people seem to go into a “vacation mindset”. That’s okay – everyone needs a break. I kind of think of it as “the calm before the storm”. That’s because we are getting ready for the all important fall “push”!
We had some family BBQ’s and spent lots of time at the local beaches and train parks. Victoria just got back from summer camp called Camp Qwanoes. It is an extreme summer camp right on the Pacific ocean with everything a teenager could ask for. Adam just returned from Camp Elphinstone on BC's beautiful Sunshine Coast. Justin just returned from three weeks in Greece and enjoyed his trip very much. I love hearing about all his adventures. I know he was busy because I only have a few photos. The day he returned home, we headed for Seattle and also took in a Mariners baseball game. School start times vary between Canada and the US. I have heard that kids are starting to go back already in the US. Victoria started grade 9 on September 8th and is actually happy about getting back to class. Shelby starts school again in January and has been working hard all summer as well as babysitting her best friends adorable newborn.
The great thing about the end of summer is that I can tell that people are excited about getting things going for the fall. I feel the shift starting. The phone is getting busier, the SUPER BootCamp is filling up and there are lots of enquiries about the September 15th launch. I love this time of year. People start setting their goals again and getting their plans in place to take advantage of the Christmas shopping season which starts in October. Online shopping is big. Time to position yourself to get traffic to your site and bring in the sales. The Backlinks Workshop is available if you need top 10 rankings. I look forward to getting back to a more normal schedule and getting back to work on my own site, plus seeing the good news you all have to share with respect to your own progress. Time to say goodbye to those lazy days of summer in favor of a very productive final 4 months of the year! All the best,

It has been a wonderful
summer for us, the weather has been great, we had out
of town guests which I enjoyed very much. My sister,
nephew and two friends came to visit, went to
We also just celebrated
our 25th wedding anniversary with a party with family
and friends. That kept me very busy organizing the event
and tracking down friends we have not seen for awhile.
A good time was had by all.
